By the Resolution No. 3-21-8/3-7-МШ-07/2023 of the Supervisory Board of the Entrepreneurship Development Fund of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated September 29, 2023 (Protocol No. 3-21-8/3-6-МШ-07 /2023) was approved with the changes made.
List of documents to be submitted to be selected as an authorized credit institution
2.1. To be included in the list of authorized organizations of the Fund, a credit institution (bank or non-bank credit institution) applies officially to the Fund with the following documents:
2.1.1. notarized copies of the founding documents and license of the credit organization;
2.1.2. copies of decisions (orders) on the appointment of members of the management body of the credit organization;
2.1.3. copies of notarized signatures and seals of responsible persons of the credit organization;
2.1.4. prudential reports;
2.1.5. information on the share of non-performing loans (taking into account the balances of loans written off the balance sheet) in the loan portfolio;
2.1.6. information on the share of non-performing loans (taking into account balances of loans written off the balance sheet) in the loan portfolio issued for entrepreneurial purposes;
2.1.7. information on the share of loans granted for entrepreneurial purposes in the loan portfolio;
2.1.8. financial statements for the last 2 (two) years approved by an external auditor's opinion;
2.1.9. information about the credit institution's branch network.
