The mechanism applies to business entities affected
by the pandemic as of March 10, 2020, as well as to suppliers of necessary food
products and wheat, micro, small and medium-sized entrepreneurs engaged in the
supply and processing of basic food products and agro-processing within minimum
consumer basket.
Within
this mechanism, the loans received by entrepreneurs engaged in the production
of the following processing products (related to the supply of raw materials) for
the minimum consumer basket are subsidized:
